Join our Center!
If you are ready for your family to join our center, please download and fill out the waitlist application form and call us to set up a tour. We are currently doing tours by appointment only Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 2-4 pm.
After we have called and confirmed your spot in the program, please fill out the enrollment packet and provide immunization records (or a legal exemption). We will also create a contract for you.

Are you re-enrolling a child? These forms need to be updated. We will also a need a current immunization record or an exemption.

Voucher Program
If you are a student and you qualify for a Pell Grant, you are most likely eligible for up to $2500 a semester in aid. The amount of aid is based on family size, income and the number of courses you are enrolled in.
